Sales taxes are not included in our
prices. Sales taxes are applicable for all orders within the State
of Wyoming.
Payment must be by approved credit
card, personal check or money order. Once your credit payment has
been approved or your personal check is accepted at the bank the
products you ordered will be shipped. An email will be sent to confirm
shipment of your order.
Wilderness Fresh will refund in full
any unopened products returned within 31 days for any reason. No
Questions! The customer must provide proof of purchase and Wilderness
Fresh will not refund shipping and handling costs.
CAUTION! International customers
please also check any import restrictions that your government may
impose. Wilderness Fresh will not refund any products confiscated
by foreign governments' agencies.
Products will be shipped in the name
of the customer and at the customer's risk. Delivery of the product
to the carrier shall be deemed delivery to the customer. Insurance
is available upon request.
Wilderness Fresh uses the United States Postal Service and Fedex
Ground for all deliveries. The following grades of services are
available:
" US Priority, 3 to 5 days
" US Parcel Post, 5 to 10 days
" Fedex Ground, 1 to 2 weeks
Shipping charges are calculated as followed: first product order
is $5.95, each additional product after that one dollar is added
to the shipping charges. Large orders (such as wholesale orders)
are calculated on a case by case basis.

Customer security is one of our highest
priorities. Wilderness Fresh uses a technology called Secure Socket
Layer (SSL). This means that at the checkout, our servers and your
PC encrypt (scramble) everything you enter into your computer, such
as credit card details, name and billing address. Because it is
encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it therefore
keeping this information private.
There are visual clues on screen that tell you when you have entered
a secure environment. On the lower left hand corner of the browser,
the key or padlock icon, which is normally broken becomes solid.
Our Policy is 'Customer First' and accordingly, we have built our
Web site to enable us to provide excellent customer service throughout
the whole shopping experience. We only collect the information necessary
to enable us to deliver the best service to you. Because Wilderness
Fresh respects your right to privacy we want you to be aware of
what information we collect and how we use it.
When you visit Wilderness Fresh you may be providing information
to us in two ways:

" Personal information you knowingly give us.

As you browse the site, our computers
collect information about your visit, not about you personally.

While we gather this information, none of it is associated with
you as an individual. We use these statistics to improve our web
site, to monitor its performance, and to make it easier for you

Wilderness Fresh, or use the online contact form. We ask for your
name, address and credit card details, all of which are necessary
for the purchase and delivery.
Wilderness Fresh would like to assure you that we do not:

" Sell the names and addresses of our customers [site users]
to third parties.
Wilderness Fresh does:
- Safeguard customers' information
from unauthorized access.
- Collect, maintain and use customer
information as necessary to provide the most helpful and personalized
products and services to meet customers' needs.
- Honor customers' requests to remove
their names from our telephone or mail solicitation lists.
- Maintain confidentiality of personally
identifiable customer information when undertaking projects with

To the full extent permitted by law,
all implied terms, conditions and warranties relating to the quality
and/or fitness for purpose of the products or any of the products
are hereby specifically excluded. Wilderness Fresh shall be under
no liability whatever to the customer for any direct or indirect
loss and/or expense (including loss of profit or personal injury)
suffered by the buyer arising out of a breach by Wilderness Fresh
of any of its obligations pursuant to this transaction. In the event
of any dispute arising out of this Agreement the remedies of the
customer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall
the liability of Wilderness Fresh exceed the price of the goods.
Wilderness Fresh reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions
from time to time as may be deemed necessary.
